Supervising Employees Certificate Program

This eight-week program provides new or soon-to-be promoted supervisors and managers in San Diego with a solid foundation in the essentials of supervising employees. Participants will leave each session with higher levels of self-confidence backed by knowledge and skills that can be immediately applied when they return to their San Diego area worksite.

Participants can sign up for the entire program (and receive a 10% savings!) or take individual classes that meet their specific needs.
