Hiring Talent or Inheriting It: Putting the Right People in the Right Positions

In this course you will learn the differences between skills, knowledge and talent and how each impacts performance. You will learn to create interview questions that reveal an applicant’s natural talent and determine if he/she is the right fit. You will break down the tasks you department currently needs done and assign them to your current employees in a way that maximizes performance and unleashes natural aptitude and passion.
