Class discussions will focus on various welfare (life insurance, medical, dental, vision), and pension plans, pricing strategies, and employee services, as well as how to administrate them. You will also learn about the latest innovations in benefits and services that other companies have installed as part of their total benefits package.
Workplace Applications:

- Know the difference and applications for health, welfare and retirement plans
- Administer and communicate of employee benefits
