Communication Skills for the HR Professional

Communicating with the "C" suite can be intimidating.  Communication efforts often fail when tactics are addressed but the strategic link to business results is missed.  This course will provide tools and tips for communicating, both verbally and in writing, as well as making persuasive presentations to senior leadership teams.  In-class exercises will assist you with focusing on the big picture, setting clear goals and objectives, identifying your audience and then clearly articulating your vision into actionable communications.
