Successful Logistical Planning

Selecting and securing the most appropriate venue is a key element to having a successful and well-received meeting or event. You’ll learn step-by-step procedures to conduct a thorough and successful client interview, from knowing what questions to ask clients up front to writing a winning letter of proposal to following up with on-site considerations.

This is a core course in the Meeting and Event Planning Certificate Program.
