Employee Management Skills for Lead Workers
Tasked with the ongoing responsibility of guiding, scheduling and/or reviewing the work of co-workers while performing identical or similar kinds of work, is the challenge of today’s lead worker. This three-session program blends a diverse combination of discussions and in-class activities that will incorporate new skills for immediate workplace application. Participants will benefit from learning about the various roles of management and how they impact the organization’s overall success.
