Our faculty recognize the need to bring to students the important research and theory relevant to their functional disciplines. They are also committed to bringing to the classroom the skills necessary to manage success in the future.
While CSUSM is a young institution, our faculty have extensive teaching experience in business programs at prestigious universities across the country. All full-time faculty in the College of Business hold a doctorate degree. They also have extensive industry and consulting experience. The driving forces of faculty knowledge, recent studies of graduate management programs by national organizations, and the experience gained from operating the program have led to the development of a curriculum which is:
