Numerous changes in the U.S. and Global workforce have positioned the human resources professional to be an increasingly integral part of an organization's business operations. Cal State San Marcos Extended Learning's certificate programs are designed to assist you, the HR professional, in keeping up-to-date and informed of these changes with various course offerings. 

Each of the eight certificate courses in our HR Management Certificate program meets for seven sessions, one night a week, allowing you to complete the certificate in approximately one year. Or, courses can be taken individually to cater to your interest.

• Fee:  Entire certificate $3,752 (excluding textbooks) or Individual courses $469 (courses starting after July 1)
• Days/Time: Tuesdays or Thursdays, 6 - 9 p.m.
• Location: Foundation Classroom Building, Room 104 or Room 106 

This program is designed for HR professionals, small business owners, and others who are resonsible for the human resource function within their companies and focuses on the myriad day-to-day HR related responsibilities.
