The business environment is changing at a rapid pace and the challenge of keeping up with your day-to-day responsibilities while trying to anticipate your future employee training needs and organization initiatives can often seem like a never ending cycle.

We hope that when you are facing these numerous challenges, you will consider Cal State San Marcos Extended Learning as an additional resource to help you achieve some of these educational and organizational challenges.

Extended Learning is able to customize any program in our current catalog as well as create programs that are not currently being offered. If you find yourself needing assistance with assessing what are your unmet training needs, we also have an excellent selection of resources to assist you with that process. Programs can be delivered in a variety of formats from half days to on-going organization initiatives. Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are also available for all programs.

Our programs can be facilitated by a combination of faculty, independent consultants and working professionals to ensure that theory and real world applicability are combined to make the information relevant and immediately applicable.

Our facilitators will spend the time learning about your organization and your specific program objectives to ensure that the delivery method and program content will result in the achievement of your goals while also improving the skills and morale of your workforce.
