Drop/Refund Schedule for Open University

Full Term

Please reference the University's refund schedule for additional information.

Refunds are automatic; a refund application is not required. Refund amounts are calculated in accordance with the Formula for Refunds established in the California Administrative Code, Title 5, sections 41802. The Accounting Office will assess an additional $5.00 processing fee for all refunds. All refunds are made by check, regardless of payment type and may take up to 10 working days to process.

The following fees are nonrefundable according to California Administrative Code, Title 5: Late Registration Fee of $25.00; Late Administrative Fee of $15.00.
