REGISTRATION

Registration fee includes tuition, lunch and workshop materials. Workshop materials consist of supplemental handouts, College Board AP* course description, AP* program and AP* Central Information, AP* exam materials and sample textbooks. Registrations are limited to 30 per workshop and are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Registrations are accepted through July 9th, however, College Board materials cannot be guaranteed for any registrations occurring after June 22nd. PURCHASE ORDERS

Approved school purchase order is due at time of registration. A registration form for each student must be submitted with the purchase order. School districts may substitute participants if submitted in writing by Monday, July 9, 2012.

EXTENSION CREDIT OPTIONS
An optional two (2) units of academic credit (non-degree applicable) are available for full attendance of the Institute at an additional fee of $160 plus a $12 transcript fee. Registration and payment are separate from your AP* workshop fee and made available ONLINE and ON-SITE during the AP* Institute. Full attendance and a short assignment are required to receive CSUSM Credit. Click below to register for the OPTIONAL EXTENSION CREDIT.

SCHOLARSHIPS/2012 COLLEGE BOARD* FELLOWS PROGRAM

The College Board* Fellows Program awards stipends to secondary school teachers planning to teach AP* courses in schools that serve minority students and/or economically disadvantaged students. College Board Fellows will be offered a scholarship of $1,000 to attend a College Board-endorsed AP* Summer Institute. More information is available at the College Board website at: http://professionals.collegeboard.com/k-12/awards/ap-grants/fellows
As a College Board Approved AP* Summer Institute provider, CSUSM accepts College Board scholarships.

CANCELLATION DEADLINES

Cancellation deadline is June 22, 2012. Cancellations received after June 22nd, are accepted but a $55 cancellation fee will apply. A school district may send a replacement for a registered participant if CSUSM-Extended Learning is notified by July 9, 2012 with the individual's name and the corresponding institute. No-shows are charged the full workshop fee and lab fee if applicable.
