EDST 630_EX: Current Issues and Research in Educational Technology
This course prepares educators to critically examine major issues, current research, and future trends in educational technology. Course assignments will include an analysis of the impact of emerging technologies on learning and teaching; strategies for using emerging technologies for conducting research; and opportunities to make informed decisions on critical issues of equity, ethics, and copyright.
EDST 637_EX: Instructional Technology Planning and Management
This course prepares educators to plan, manage and assess technology infused classroom environments. Development of a technology-rich instructional unit utilizing technology, conducting a pilot lesson and developing rubrics to assess the quality of both the content and technology components will be important elements of the course assignments in addition to video production and audio file creation.

EDST 641: Designing Online Experiences for Teaching and Learning
This course prepares instructors to design online experiences using appropriate instructional media and assessment for effective web-based learning. Course takes place online with one face to face meeting for videoconferencing.
