
Event Viewer and eRFU Training
NEW On-Line training!
With the changeover to our new Event and Conference Services (ECS) office we have moved our training on-line. You can now view the training, as well as request access directly from your computer. To gain access simply view the training in Step1 and then contact us for your account to be created as indicated in Step2.
Please Keep in mind that Faculty or Staff may request access directy via this site. Students may only request access using the eRFU if they have been designated as a requestor by a recognized Student Group.
What is an eFRU?
The eRFU, or Electronic Request for Use, is your way of requesting a space at CSUSM. The Form resides within our Event Viewing software where you can view/search events, as well as see what when a space is available for use.
Step 1:Training
Training is broken down in the 3 sections
- Introduction to the CSUSM Events Viewer: This will introduce the CSUSM Events Viewer as well as instruct you on how to navigate to find events, spaces and view information on each.
- Filling out the eRFU Form: This two part section will cover how to find a location for your event, and fill out the eRFU form
- Following up on your request via the CSUSM Events Viewer: This section will cover how you can check the status of an event that you have requested.
Step2: Request an Account
Once done with the training if you are a...
- Faculty or Staff you can request your account by emailing Brad Atherton with your request.
- If you are a student who is a requestor for a recognized student organization you can contact Student Life and Leadership
