Information

The Lock Shop is responsible for all Keys and Locks at all the CSUSM facilities. To attain a Key or Card Key you must complete the Key Request Form and submit it with the proper signatures.  Request should Be submitted to the  Facility Services front desk.

To pick up a Key you must present a proper photo ID. A CSUSM identification card or Driver license are recommended.

It is always the Lock Shop's goal to complete all Key Requests within 24 hours of receiving the key request approval. However, at the beginning and ending of the academic semester Key Requests are high and It is recommended that you call prior to picking up keys.
