Routine Maintenance, Repairs, and Installations (Billable and Non-Billable)
If you would like to submit a maintenance request for routine maintenance, please fill out and submit a Work Request. For general questions contact Work Control at 760-750-4601 or email facilityservices@csusm.edu
You can also enter a customer request through our self-service work request system. Using your CSUSM network Username and Password, LOGIN to AiM to enter your request. Our Customer Request Input Instructions may be of assistance. Please disable your pop-up blockers as they may suppress necessary menu windows.
