California State University San Marcos' School of Education, Special Education Department seeks a part-time lecturer to teach EDMX 627: Assessment, Planning and Instruction in Special Education in Spring 2014.  The course meets on Tuesdays from 5:30 - 8:15 p.m. and is lecture based.  The candidate should have experience in teaching students with Mild/Moderate disabilities in K-12 settings, as well as extensive experience with both formal and informal special education assessments and instructional planning.

Minimum qualifications for the position include:  a Master's Degree. 

Preferred qualifications for the position include:  a Ph.D. or equivalent and Professional Clear or Level II Education Specialist Mild/Moderate Credential.
