Finance and Administrative Services began using the Balanced Scorecard in 2001 to align our efforts to our strategy, increase the quality of our services, improve our culture and climate, and to encourage collaborations with our customers.

FAS MISSION STATEMENT

Finance and Administrative Services promotes the campus strategic priorities by providing student and employee support, financial and regulatory guidance, and infrastructure development and management for the campus community.  We do this by sustaining the momentum of campus growth, delivering responsive services, building teamwork across divisions, and using strategic decision making to achieve goals.
