The Faculty Center is pleased to announce:
Leticia McCart, an independent program planning and grant writing consultant, will be available to provide support to faculty in the Academic Affairs Division. Leticia has extensive experience in the federal grant arena and, over the past 14 years, she has successfully supported CSU faculty in their pursuit of federal grants. She will be on campus two days per week (typically Wednesdays and Thursdays) and her efforts will focus in the following four areas, all of which center around federal grant activities:
1. Conducting a Grant Development Workshop Series.
2. Facilitating planning activities and providing support to faculty teams who are working on large institutional initiative grant proposals
3. Identifying and promoting federal grant programs that are aligned with faculty interests and expertise. Particular emphasis will be placed on assisting faculty who have limited experience in planning and writing grant proposals.
4. Assisting faculty who are at the earliest stages of translating their ideas into competitive grant proposal concepts.
If you would like to learn more about these services, please contact Leticia at theerdg@yahoo.com
