FMP Culture Events The Arts and Lectures offer free events on CSUSM campus. The wonderful events offered by the CSUSM Arts and Lectures series provide a great opportunity for mentors and protégés to attend together. The Arts and Lectures series offers free event tickets for students, but not for mentors. Therefore, FMP has purchased some tickets for mentors for the events on Feb 26, Feb 28, Mar 18, Mar 22, and Apr 24 .Students should request their own tickets via the portal on the Arts & Lectures website www.csusm.edu/al. This would be a great opportunity for a mentor and protégé to go to an event together. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis at the California Center for the Arts box office.

Exam Survival Kit An Exam Survival Kit will be available for pick up from the Faculty Mentoring Program Office (Kellogg Library 2400) in April. This kit includes scantrons, blue books and other fun items to get you through your finals. Please be sure to set up an appointment to stop by to be sure that someone is available to assist you.

This social gathering is another opportunity the Faculty Mentoring Program offers to both the students and faculty to come together in a “non-academic” setting to interact and network with each other. This gathering is also our opportunity to recognize those students who are graduating at the end of the spring.
