Mentor Responsibilities

  • Read the Mentor Handbook
  • Meet with Protégé at least once a  month
  • Participate with protégé in FMP events
  • Encourage the students to cultivate their academic goals and skills
  • Provide advice and guidance to help the protégé complete graduation requirements and prepare for a career or graduate studies
