• is a first-generation college student and/or can demonstrate financial need, and is a junior or senior.
• works with the mentor to establish a schedule of meetings throughout the academic term, and keeps to the schedule of meetings.
• raises questions and concerns to the faculty mentor about their academic experience and goals.
• participates with the mentor in FMP events.
• is eligible for FMP workshops, graduation activities, and grant support for graduate school admissions testing.
• communicates regularly with the Faculty Mentoring Staff in the Faculty Center about question or concerns.
