The University Advancement Development Team

This Division supports the strategic priorities of the University through philanthropy, communication, and advocacy.  Its Office of Communications oversees the campus website, publications, media relations, internal communications, and branding/marketing.  University Development helps secure philanthropic gifts in partnership with faculty, staff, students, alumni, parents, and other donors. 
Prior to soliciting any gift,* faculty or staff who wishes to pursue contributions should:  (1) confer with their department chair or manager and (2) contact University Development

Those seeking to establish relationships with corporations and foundations should consult Kelly Briggs.  Other questions about fundraising, appeal letters, or gift solicitation may be addressed by the Development Officer assigned to the faculty or staff member’s college/division.
