Facilities Development & Management
Facilities Development & Management (FDM) is responsible for the planning, design,
construction, and maintenance of the campus' physical plant (over 1 million gross
square feet and 304 acres of grounds). Our employees provide responsive, customer-focused
services in support of the University's mission.
FDM is comprised of the following operational units:

- Planning and development of new buildings, infrastructure, and major renovation projects
- Construction management
- Equipment purchasing and occupancy of new buildings
- Space management
- Environmental planning
- Maintenance and repair of buildings, infrastructure, landscaping, and grounds
- Management of utility, energy conservation, and recycling programs
- Custodial services
- Vehicle services
- Key and lock services
