Community Service Scholarship ~
         Scholarship  selected in the spring semester

Ten awards are given, five to students who have financial aid need, as determined by the CSUSM Financial Aid and Scholarship Office and five to non-financial aid students. Awards are for student’s enrolled fulltime (9 units or more to include registration in HD 499); 3.0 GPA, 3.3 high school GPA if a freshman; student must be willing to volunteer for at least 170 hours during the award year and register for the course “Service in the Community” HD 499. Awards are given after the Community Service requirement has been met.
