Edmund Kwan Memorial Scholarship ~
Scholarships selected in the Fall semester
One award for $460 will be offered to a Finance Major. Must have a 3.0 or better GPA and must be enrolled as a Senior. Student must have financial need as determined by the Cal State San Marcos Financial Aid and Scholarship Office .
