American Indian in Honor of Lee E. Dixon Scholarship Scholarships are awarded to students who are tribally enrolled American Indians. Academic achievement, service to the American Indian community, and financial need are all criterion. Preference will be given to incoming freshmen and proof of Tribal Affiliation is required. Anne Kay Scholarship Scholarships are awarded to students who have transferred directly from a Community College and are enrolled for their very first semester at CSUSM. Criteria includes a minimum cumulative GPA of at least 3.00 and financial need. •Transfer student

Bree Tinney Re-Entry Student Scholarship Scholarships are awarded to female students who are single parents and resuming their education after an extended break. Financial Need is required. •Single Parent

Brenna Bray Robe Memorial Scholarship Scholarships will be awarded to a continuing graduate student in the MS in Speech Language Pathology Program. Preference will be given to students who demonstrate a professional interest in and passion for the use of alternative communication (AAC) for children with communication disorders. The recipient should be in excellent academic standing, and financial need is optional.

Christopher L. Whitman Scholarship Scholarships are awarded to incoming freshmen enrolled in The College Of Business Administration. Must have a 3.00 or higher GPA with moderate to low need. Priority given to students who express an interest in music, sports or charity/social work. •Freshman

Clifford S. Northway Memorial Scholarship Scholarships are awarded to students who are either Liberal Studies or Teaching Credential majors. Must have a 3.00 or higher GPA with moderate to high financial need. Preference to a single parent. •Credential Students

Dr. Jerry Sepinwall DREAM Scholarship Scholarships are awarded to students  who are AB540 students, regardless of national origin, who have submitted an Affidavit to Admissions. Financial Need, 2.00 GPA and full time enrollment are required. Scholarships are for any major, only for Undergraduates. Preference to first generation college students.



*Past awardees of the Sepinwall DREAM scholarship are eligible to reapply as long as they meet the other criteria of the scholarship

Gladys Chapman Music Scholarship Scholarships are awarded to Visual and Performing Arts majors, with a preference to students who have an interest in music. •Visual & Performing Arts Major 
Graduate Equity Scholarship Scholarships are awarded to students enrolled as Teaching Credential or Graduate level students who have a 3.00 or higher GPA and are considered under represented in their area of study, financial need is required. •Credential Students

STAND Scholarship As first generation and undocumented university students at Cal State San Marcos, we know the obstacles and adverse situations that many first-time students face when applying to and continuing college. Our goal is to reach those students with infinite potential and help them overcome those financial and social barriers. This scholarship contributes to their ability to pursue a higher education, which is an important asset to them as individuals and for us as a collective society.

STAND is operated by university students and graduates who want to build relationships with college and college bound students, to guide them to be successful during their college experience, and to help financially with this scholarship.
