The Fiscal Operations Department is in the ongoing process of building the processes and procedures which support the fiscal needs of the evolving Cal State San Marcos campus. Our primary customers are students, faculty, staff, administrators and vendors.
  • The University Controller is responsible for the fiscal integrity of the campus as enforced through its accounting policies and procedures audited both internally and externally.
  • Accounting Services includes both campus and Associated Students, Inc fund accounting and reconciliations as required to meet the legal basis of modified accrual, cash based State Accounting.
