Overview & Mission Statement
The mission of the Cal State San Marcos Foundation Human Resources Department is to provide quality customer service in the areas of compensation, benefits administration, training and employee relations. We will deliver this service in a timely and professional manner. The Human Resources Department will ensure the adherence to all employment laws, legislative issues and regulations. We will provide guidance to Foundation project managers, employees and the campus community. We are committed to ensuring the safety of all our employees and to executing our assigned duties with the highest degree of ethical standards.
