myCSUSM Browser Information

For optimal performance and compatibility with myCSUSM/PeopleSoft, we strongly recommend using the latest supported browser versions.  Browsers older than the official supported releases have known issues and should not be used.  For best results use the following browsers:

  • Current latest releases of Firefox and Chrome are preferred (Highly Recommended)
  • Safari 6 and higher
  • IE version 11 

You may need to clear your browser's cache and cookies.

Chrome

The following are the known issues:

  • Print preview - The print preview functionality may not work on some pages. 
  • iPad and iPhone –  There are Safari and Chrome issues with the latest iOS9 version of the iPhone and iPad operating system.  Pages automatically zoom in making pages unusable.  There is no workaround at this time.
Firefox and Safari

The following are the known issues:

Internet Explorer

Many users report varying versions are fine.   If you have an issue with an important page,  try another browser and/or computer.  The following are the known issues:

  • Grade Entry : It has been reported that the page will continue to spin with IE versions 10 and lower. The latest versions of IE, Firefox or Chrome should be used instead.
  • Enrollment Deposit : It has been reported that the page will not respond or continue to spin with IE versions 10 and lower. The latest versions of IE, Firefox or Chrome should be used instead.
  • Online booklist :  It has been reported that it may not perform well with IE 9.  The latest versions of IE, Firefox or Chrome should be used instead.
  • Approve Absences: It has been reported that the page will continue to spin with IE versions 10 and lower. The latest versions of IE, Firefox or Chrome should be used instead.
