Teaches undergraduate and graduate courses at CSUSM. Has also taught courses at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, Arizona State University, Xavier University, Thunderbird School of Management, Singapore Institute of Management, and Marketing Institute of Singapore.
Research and Publication Interests
Has published over 30 articles in professional and academic publications in areas of global negotiations, global marketing strategy, and consumer-centric business practices. Has published Global Business Practices: Adapting for Success with Michael Copeland, retired executive from Procter & Gamble, The Consumer . . . Or Else! with Don Dufek, retired executive from The Kroger Company, Global Business: Planning for Sales and Negotiations with Michael Copeland, and The Rise of Consumer Power: Adopting the Right Marketing Communication Strategies which was published in Singapore.
Is President of Global Collaborations, Inc., which focuses on facilitating interaction between and within companies. Has conducted seminars and worked with over 60 companies in more than 20 countries around the world.
