Sociology & Women's Studies Internships

There are several Sociology and Women's Studies courses that require interning with a nonprofit organization as a part of the course work. Do your internship with the Gender Equity Center!


To intern for a course:

• Schedule an appointment with the Gender Equity Center Director by calling 760.750.4988 or emailing lcarland@csusm.edu
• The Director will meet with you one-on-one to determine if your interests, course requirements, and availability fit with the Gender Equity Center Center.
• If accepted, the Director will work with you to create a project that is beneficial to your learning, leadership development, and the Gender Equity Center.
