The Jeannette Rankin Women's Scholarship Fund
The Jeannette Rankin Women's Scholarship Fund raises funds and awards scholarships annually to low-income women thirty five years of age and older who are in an undergraduate or vocational training program and have a vision of how their education will benefit themselves, their families and their communities. In working towards these ends, JRF continues the legacy of Jeannette Rankin, the first woman elected to Congress and a proponent of peace and women's rights.
U.S. Scholarship Guide Scholarships for Women
A list of scholarships for female students compiled by the US Scholarship Guide. Scholarships are organized by group type.
American Association of University Women
Selected Professionional Fellowships are awarded to women who intend to pursue a full-time course of study at accredited U.S. institutions during the fellowship year in one of the designated degree programs where women's participation traditionally has been low (see list below). Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents.Google Anita Borg Memorial Scholarship.
Google Anita Bord Scholarship
Google Anita Borg Scholarship recipients will each receive a $10,000 award for the 2012-2013 academic year. A group of female undergraduate and graduate students will be chosen from the applicant pool, and scholarships will be awarded based on the strength of each candidate's academic background and demonstrated leadership. All scholarship recipients and finalists will be invited to attend the Annual Google Scholars' Retreat in Mountain View, California in 2012.
Baker Hughes Scholarship
The SWE Scholarship Program provides financial assistance to women admitted to accredited baccalaureate or graduate programs, in preparation for careers in engineering, engineering technology and computer science.
The Sunshine Lady Foundation
If you are survivor of partner abuse, and are trying to make a better life for you and your children by going to college, you may qualify for this generous award. Special consideration is given to women with small children because they face the greatest hardship associated with working and going to school, such as increased expenses for childcare. This award has no specific dollar amount set, however, is usually for around $2,000. Awards are designated to be used first for tuition, books, and fees and will go directly to the school in which you are enrolled.
La Unidad Latina Foundation
Educational scholarships are awarded to Hispanic students on a competitive basis and range from $250 to $1000.

American History Scholarship for Women
This scholarship is given each year to encourage outstanding female freshmen to take an active interest in history and government. It is administered by the Daughters of the American Revolution, and is in the amount of $2,000.
Dr. Nancy Foster Scholarship Program
This graduate school scholarship is presented to a student – preferably female – who has demonstrated outstanding scholarship and graduate level research in the fields of marine biology, oceanography, or maritime archaeology.
