Graduate Applications 

Graduate applicants must submit two applications--one to International Admissions and one to the Department.

Application 1

Go to CSUMentor and complete the online international student application for CSU San Marcos. If you cannot apply online, please download an application.

These applications are to be used only by persons who are neither U.S. citizens nor permanent residents of the United States. 

Application 2

First, be certain that you have read and understand the information for graduate admissions in the How to Apply section. Now you can download the international student application materials if you have Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Graduate student applicants must also obtain a copy of the department's application form. The following graduate applications can be downloaded using Adobe Acrobat Reader:
