Germany-Austria-France Travel Study

Enjoy the sights of Europe while doing some practical networking, visits of world-renowned auto companies (Mercedes & BMW), sizable industries (Airbus), and universities all while completing GBM 440C.  Students in this program will be guided by Professor Ben Cherry as he introduces them to German culture and the competitive business world there.

  • GPA:  2.75 and above; good academic standing
  • Completion of Pre-Business Core

Estimated Cost:

$3,150 + Extended Learning Fees, estimated at $1,168

All fees include transportation in country, accommodation, daily breakfast, excursions, and medical insurance.  Airfare and personal expenditures are NOT included in the program cost.  Program fees for GBM 440C are run through Extended Learning, and should average around $1168.

How to Apply:

  1. Attend an information session by Faculty Leader, Ben Cherry.
  2. Print out the application packet below.  All application materials must be received to Global Education, Craven 3200, by December 1, along with your $300 non-refundable depositSpace is limited!  Online payment preferred through CashNet:  Please be advised that all payments aside from those on debit cards will accrue a 2.75% convenience fee.  Cash, checks, and money orders made payable to CSUSM will also be accepted.
  3. A second payment of $700 is due by February 2 to the Office of Global Education.  CashNet payment is preferred.
  4. Final payment of program fees is due April 5 to the Office of Global Education.  Extended Learning fees will be billed directly to your myCSUSM account.
