University Professional Development (UPD) and
Research, Scholarly, Creative Activity (RSC) Awards
Cal State San Marcos receives funds from the CSU system for two types of grants:
1. University Professional Development Grants, and
2. Research, Scholarship, and Creative Activity Grants.
Generally, these funds are distributed through two calls. The first is in the spring semester for the upcoming fiscal/academic year. The second is in the fall awarding funds for the spring semester of the same fiscal/academic year. The guidelines and criteria vary from year-to-year and call-to-call.
