Weekly mindfulness practice  sessions

“I really need to live more in the moment!” Do you say this to yourself?

Mindfulness meditation can help you focus more fully on the here-and-now, learn to let go of stressful distractions, and do this in a way that is friendly towards yourself.
Practicing this kind of activity has been shown to have benefits for people’s physical and psychological well-being.

WHO: CSUSM students, staff, and faculty are invited to participate in weekly, non-religious mindfulness instruction and practice.

WHEN: We will convene each Wednesday from noon to 12:45

WHERE: KEL 3013, beginning. September 4

COST: There is no charge.

If you already practice meditation or never have and are curious, please join us, regularly or whenever you are able. (Note: Because our time will be spent in contemplation, please do not bring food.)  If you have questions, feel free to contact Dr. Fritz Kreiser: fkreisler@csusm.edu.
