What is the same and what is different?

On-campus housing is located on the campus of CSU San Marcos and owned by the campus, while University Affiliated Housing is located just across the street and owned privately – that’s the only difference!  The two complexes are managed by the same staff,  governed by University policies,  and students will have the same quality experience in both locations.  So, there is more that is the same than different!
