In order to provide enhanced customer services and provide “one-stop shop” services, Human Resources and Equal Opportunity (HREO) is reorganizing into teams which will support assigned campus departments and divisions. Each team will be composed of an HR Manager and HR generalists who will provide Human Resources services and respond to questions and issues.
The reorganization will be effective February 6, 2012. Beginning that date, employees should contact the team members assigned to their department, college, or division when they have an HR issue or question on topics including: employment and recruitment; classification of new and existing positions; salary setting and compensation; benefits and retirement programs; leave and leaves of absence; training and new employee orientation; PAN processing; etc.
