In order to provide enhanced customer service and provide “one-stop shop” services, Human Resources (HR) is organized into teams which support assigned campus departments and divisions. Each team is composed of an HR Manager and HR generalists who provide Human Resources services and respond to questions and issues.
Employees should contact the team members assigned to their department, college, or division when they have an HR issue or question on topics including: employment and recruitment; classification of new and existing positions; salary setting and compensation; benefits and retirement programs; leave and leaves of absence; training and new employee orientation; PAN processing; etc.

Lisa McLean, Senior Labor and Employee Relations Manager, advises and handles issues related to Labor and Employee Relations, and Compliance (Equal Employment Opportunity, discrimination/harassment complaints, Whistleblower issues, etc.).
