Self Service Training

As you know, Absence Management will soon be available for the campus to utilize. The HREO and Payroll Services team has put together the following training to help familiarize users with all of the benefits of using Absence Management:

Absence Management – Open Lab

This course is available to all Faculty/Staff and MPPs who would like some hands-on guidance with the new Absence Management reporting system rather than attending the full training sessions.  NOTE: This course requires review of the user guides and applicable videos prior to attending.

Absence Management – for Staff

This course will review the new process for entering leave absences in Absence Management – employee self-service.  The review will supplement the user guides and videos available on the Absence Management website.  This course requires review of the user guides and applicable videos prior to attending.

Absence Management – for Timekeepers

This course will review the new process for validating absences in Absence Management - self-service.  The focus will be for those in the Timekeeper Role who are responsible for tracking, reviewing and preparing time for manager approval.  NOTE: This course requires review of the user guides and applicable videos prior to attending.

Absence Management – For MPPs

This course will review the new process for reviewing and approving absences in Absence Management – Manager Self-Service.  The focus will be on MPP Tasks of reporting, validating, and approving absences for direct reports.  NOTE: This course requires review of the user guides and applicable videos prior to attending.
