New Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Benefits
Cal State San Marcos has upgraded our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), administered by Horizon Health, with the addition of a WorkLife Benefit. This benefit is now available to all employees who are eligible for health benefits. The WorkLife benefit includes online resources in the categories of My Family, My Health, My Time & My Money. In addition, the eight (8) counseling sessions have been upgraded to eight (8) counseling sessions per incident.
