Confidential 24-hour per day, professional counseling service to assist our employees or family members during a period of personal difficultly. This benefit also offers helpful useful ideal and helpful resources.

Save on tuition for early childhood education or school-age distance learning programs, ages six weeks to 12 years old a KinderCare Learning Centers and Champions sites.

CSU is a qualified employer for the PSLF program, and many full-time CSU employees may be eligible to certify employment and receive credit toward forgiveness.

CSUSM strives to provide reasonable accommodation to an employee or applicant for employment with a disability or medical condition, to perform the essential functions of their jobs.

CSUSM supports nursing mothers by providing break time and providing the employee with the use of space for lactation purposes.

Eligible employees can attend CSU courses at reduced rates to improve current jog skills or prepare for a new career. Eligible employees may also transfer their benefit to their spouse, domestic partner or dependent child.
