Addressing Complaints of Discrimination, Harassment and Retaliation (DHR) in Employment

The CSU is committed to maintaining an inclusive community that values diversity and fosters tolerance and respect.  We embrace and encourage our community differences in Age, Disability, Race or Ethnicty, Gender, Gender Identity or Expression, Nationality, Religion, Sexual Orientation, Genetic Information, Veteran or Military Status, and other characteristcs that make our community unique.   All individuals have the right to participate fully in CSU programs free from Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation. 

The CSU has established a Systemwide Policy Prohibiting Discrimination, Harassment, Retaliation, Sexual Misconduct, Dating and Domestic Violence, and Stalking and Systemwide Procedure for Addressing Such Complaints by Employees and Third Parties (Executive Order 1096).
