2014 Annual Performance Evaluation Schedule

  • Physicians - Unit 1: April 1, 2013 - March 31, 2014 is the annual performance evaluation period. 
    Performance Evaluations  Due to HREO:   Wednesday, May 21, 2014 Friday, June 6, 2014
  • California State University Employees' Union (CSUEU) -  Units 2, 5, 7 & 9:  April 1, 2013 - March 31, 2014 is the annual performance evaluation period.    Note:  A draft of the performance evaluation must be provided to the employee to provide input for consideration prior to the final evaluation being completed.  The employee then has 5 work days to submit his/her input prior to the final evaluation being completed.

  • Academic Professionals of California (APC) Unit 4:  April 1, 2013 - March 31, 2014 is the annual performance evaluation period.    Note:  A draft of the performance evaluation must be provided to the employee to provide input for consideration.  The employee then has 14 calendar days to submit a rebuttal prior to the final evaluation being completed.

  • Performance Evaluation Forms for Represented Employees

The annual performance evaluation period for all confidential and most MPP employees is July 1, 2013 - June 30, 2014. The annual evaluation cycle for Vice Presidents and Deans is September 1 through August 31.
