Excel 2007 - Formulas, Formulas, Formulas

This course dedicates the entire course to working with Excel formulas.  You should be familiar with the basics of MS Excel before attending this course.  Some formulas covered are SUM, AVERAGE, MIN, MAX, COUNT, COUNTIF, COUNTSUM, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, PMT, FV and more.

Emotional Intelligence

Researchers have discovered that emotional intelligence is twice as important as IQ and cognitive ability combined in determining professional success. Emotional intelligence is the ability to simultaneously manage one's own emotions and the emotions of others in a way that reduces emotional outbursts and conflict, and creates positive and productive outcomes. This course will guide individuals in the understanding of emotional intelligence and will provide techniques to manage and resolve unwanted emotions in a way that sets them up for future success.

Course will consist of two 3.5 hour sessions
