Conducting Performance Evaluations Effective performance management aligns the efforts of supervisors and employees with department and campus objectives, promotes consistency in performance evaluations, and motivates all employees to perform at their best. This workshop will provide training regarding the evaluation process, outline how to write an effective evaluation, summarize successful strategies for conducting the evaluation meeting, and offer advice on what to do throughout the year. Participants will learn about comparing documents for quality and objectivity and looking for common appraisal errors.
