Research has proven that individuals and teams playing to their strengths significantly outperform those that don't. This course provides individuals with an assessment of their own personal strengths and helps them learn how to leverage their strengths and effectively utilize the strengths of others. This course includes a book and an online assessment (StrenghFinders tool) that is taken prior to the course.
