This course provides a powerful development experience that enables individuals to achieve much more of their potential by changing their perception of what is possible, and then providing the skills, knowledge and application to cause a change in what they actually accomplish.
Course will consist of four – 8 hour sessions (Participants must attend ALL four sessions). Sessions are held at the following dates and times:
June 3, 2013 8:00am to 5:00pm
June 4, 2013 8:00am to 5:00pm
June 20, 2013 8:00am to 5:00pm
June 21, 2013 8:00am to 5:00pm
Employees should obtain approval from their MPP supervisor prior to registering for any course.

Since the management of volunteers can be complex as well as risky, HREO has implemented a new step-by-step process for departments to follow in the appointment of volunteers. Come learn what managers and employees need to know prior to engaging the services of a volunteer.
