Eligibility for HSI Status |

Statistics indicate that Cal State San Marcos is already
close to qualifying for HSI status. For the fall 2004
semester, 21 percent of undergraduate students (by FTE)
self-declare as Hispanic. The share increased by 1.6
percent from 2002 to 2003 and by one percent from 2003
to 2004. The campus goal is to achieve HSI status by
2010.
