Phase I |

The
purpose of the Phase I HSI task force was to help the
internal University and local community better
understand the multiple benefits of achieving HSI
eligibility and to garner support from these groups.
The achievement of this objective required research, the
development of communication strategies, and
presentations to internal and external University
stakeholders. The work of the task force began in the
fall 2004 semester and was completed with the end of the
spring 2005 semester. More
