Who We Are
What We Do
Faculty and Staff Systems Operations provides many “behind
the scenes” services that most of the campus community
can’t physically see, but use on a daily basis. One
service includes maintaining and designing faculty and staff
backend sever systems. These systems include email, ‘H
drive’, antivirus protection, auto patching and updating,
and remote support services. Other services include remote
site support, new technology testing and evaluation, and
second tier help desk support.
