Features:
-
No login required: Users do not need to login to the computer to use the OnScreen controls.
-
Audio Only: On all OnScreen Rooms the “audio only” feature can be activated on any source. When the projector is off, simply click the input that you wish to use and adjust the volume level as necessary. The selected source’s background will be light orange to indicate that this is audio only, and the “Projector Off” button’s text will change to “Audio Off”. Click “Audio Off” to turn off the audio. It is not necessary to turn audio off before turning the projector on.
-
Idle Shutdown: After 180 minutes of inactivity, OnScreen will turn off the projector. With particularly long presentations, this can be avoided by clicking any button on the OnScreen control panel, including volume buttons and “Hide this Window." Each click resets the timer.
-
Audio Controls: For OnScreen rooms audio is controlled by using the volume up, down and mute buttons on the right side of the control panel. The current volume level is indicated by the bar to the right of the volume buttons.
-
Restart Delay: OnScreen will not allow the projector to be restarted within a time (determined on a projector-by projector basis, from 30 – 100 seconds), during this time if the user attempts to turn the projector back on, a lockout screen will be displayed counting down the amount of cool-down time remaining and preventing the user from manipulating any controls. When this time expires, the projector will not automatically turn back on.
