How to Subscribe for Dialup Services

STEP ONE: Payment & Payment Options
Pay for either a 6 month or 12 month subscription. You may use one of the following accepted payment options:

• Credit card or Electronic Check (MasterCard, American Express, and Discover - *Visa not accepted)
• Regular Check or Money Order (opens new window, close after printing form)

STEP TWO: Select New Dialup Access Phone Number

• Look up your new Dialup Access Phone Number.
• Change your dial-in settings. For help see Dialup Setting Instructions.
